Totem service was provided via LG warranty for my washer and dryer. I was concerned with a dryer heating up and noise. Within 4 days totem sent a technician, Tejas. Tejas patiently listened to my story, inspected the dryer, and provided me with remediation of the vent issue that I wished dry vent cleaning services or technicians from other services had given me prior. Tejas also walked me through the intricacies of all cycles of a dryer and a washer and gave me excellent tips on how to use and clean my dishwasher to keep my dishes sparkle and smell good without me asking for it, but for which I am very grateful as I never have time to research this info. Tejas is a knowledgeable, considerate, and professional technician.
