We had a young man by the name of Court, not sure of his spelling come and service our Samsung Washer. He was the most professional and capable appliance repair person I have ever come across. He was personable and honest and even though I did not like the news of having to get a new drainage pump I sure respected his advice on the options of repair vs getting something new. Before calling Totem I consulted with Samsung on Preferred Repair Facilities. I am sure glad I called them. The lady who answered the phone from Totem to arrange the appointment was professional and courteous as well. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling and their follow-up on the appointment was backed up perfectly by her and the appliance repair person.
