We had a serious issue with water coming off the fridge and within two hours of calling Totem Appliance, their tech Runda arrived and diagnosed the problem. Runda also went out of his way to have it fixed it fast and even showed me how to fix the problem next time. He really gave it a personal touch and we are grateful.
