I purchased an upright freezer from Home Depot in August 2020. When the door seal did not do its job I was directed to Totem Appliance. Due to COVID, the part took much longer than anyone would believe. When the part finally arrive in August of 2021 Dugin came to install it. I was so impressed with his careful assessment and installation making sure everything fit well. Well Done!
