I am very appreciative and happy with my service experience with Totem Appliance on repairing our range hood. The initial service call was timely and the problem was identified correctly. As a new part was required from the US, I had to wait only two weeks for it to arrive and it was installed immediately after it arrived. The technician, Curtis, was very knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated his candor. Will use Totem again.
