Our technician, Steve, communicated with us extremely well insofar as his expected arrival time to our home in Vancouver. It really helped me out as I did not need to stay home all day waiting for a repairman. Once he arrived, it was amazing at how fast he found the problem with our kitchen oven. He had it working in no time and was off to fix the next home appliance, leaving with the biggest of smiles.
