The freezer in my GE was not working properly and the refrigerator was not cooling as well. I reached out to Totem Appliance Repair on a Friday and they were out first thing Monday morning to help me out. I was afraid I would need a whole new unit but the service technician was able to not only diagnose the problem quickly, but my refrigerator was fixed in under an hour and he was on his way. The professionalism and courtesy was beyond anything I expected. Will definitely use this company again and so should you!
