The flat rate service for our 2 year old LG Dryer worked out well. Daniel our service technician was outstanding. Daniel was courteous and detailed is trying to locate the issues. I'm happy to report after one week it seems the issues has been resolved (fingers crossed). Management should be proud to have an employee as determined and studious as Daniel.
