After getting ripped off from “Expert Appliance Repair” (LOSERS!), and learning a valuable lesson, I called Totem Appliance and the excellent service began with the lady that answered the phone. Yes, a person actually answered the phone!! Right away my frazzled nerves went away when she informed us that Frank would be arriving later in the day, with all parts required to fix our washing machine, that had gone kaput the week earlier. Frank arrived on time! Was gracious, knowledgeable and Uber polite. We were by blown away. In fact, Frank put on an educational clinic on all the little things that owners of a washing machine should do as preventative maintenance. Wow. Mind blown. From how to clean it, drain the boot, what and how to load it, to how much soap you should use and how the soap and machine actually work together. Bloody excellent advice. The things that you thought you were doing right, is wrong! Who knew? Frank, you’re the man. Totem, Frank is a valued employee of yours, please give that man a raise! For all Tri-City residents, please know that these guys are right in your own back yard! When that appliance blows up, and you hit the Google button to search for appliance repair, please please do not tap on the “Wxpert Appliance Repair” whom are the first ones to pop up for some reason. They are a scam and will rip you off instead, scroll down and find Totem. Ask for Frank. He will take all your worries away.
