I called Totem a couple weeks ago after my wife googled appliance repair companies and found them to be highly rated We needed our washing machine repaired but only if it was going to make sense to repair rather than replace Tony was the technician who showed up and I explained the situation to him . He identified and repaired the problem the same day and within the budget I had set He was cordial as well very competent and professional- I hope Totem appreciates Tony as much as my wife and I do I highly recommend this company and hope everyone who uses them gets as great a tech as Tony
