From initial contact from the Service Dept to the technicians departure from our home a few days later, the experience was outstanding. Our issue was a warranty call concerning our Fisher Paykel freezer and Marco the tech was punctual, professional, fast, and easy to communicate with. We have used Totem for years but not in a while so it was great to see that their service is still 5 Star. Highly recommended. Well done Totem.
