Kyle showed up as scheduled with a pre-call. Based on info I supplied in the online scheduling, he was able to bring parts as needed. We discussed the problem and decided the repair was needed, and completed on site in a timely fashion. I have only ever used Totem for appliance repairs and have never been disappointed. Thank you !
