I’ve used Totem twice - once for a fridge repair and once for a dishwasher. Daniele came on both occasions. A nicer man you’d never hope to meet and his work was done with much care. With luck, these appliances will not require servicing soon but I most assuredly will use Totem when I do. Victoria Joss Vancouver
