It is with pleasure that I write to inform you of a very remarkable experience I had when dealing with Nicole at Totem Appliance and Refrigeration.  People like Nicole that are in customer service are worth their weight in gold.  It is a very special person who can take ownership of a customer’s problem and resolve issues in the positive manner that she can.  Her balance of tact and tenacity must be recognized. 

I have nothing but good things to say about Alan who has been repairing our fridge and all the dealings I have had with Totem appliance.  Please pass along my warmest praise to Nicole.  I look forward to dealing with Totem again.

Ken is so helpful

Last week we had Ken come to our home to service our Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Frigidaire stove.
Just wanted to say how helpful and courteous Ken was.  He explained where the problems were, and was able to order up the parts right away, and come back yesterday to install them.

We will definitely keep Totem in mind for any future appliance repairs.

Totem Appliance goes the extra mile

We wanted to send you a special Thank You for the work you did on the fridge upstairs in April and again in May on our stove downstairs as well as my dishwasher.  Your were very kind to look up the warranties for us and saved us hundreds of dollars.  You did a great job repairing our appliances and went the extra mile.

 Sergiy came to the rescue

Just wanted to say thank you for your service technician Sergiy.  Our refrigerator wasn’t cooling well, and we feared it would be an extremely expensive repair.  But Sergiy quickly identified several things we had done wrong (blocking air-flow).  What a pleasure it was to deal with someone so intelligent, capable and respectful.

We will definitely call Totem the next time we need a repair (which, of course, is inevitable).

Mike is priceless

It is not often in today’s hectic lifestyle that one stops to take the time to show appreciation.  However, I take great pleasure in writing to you, and salute the exemplary professionalism that Mike has consistently displayed to me over the 3 years in dealing with Totem Appliance.

I would like to convey my thanks and deep appreciation to our Staff at Totem Appliance & Refrigeration Ltd. for the very generous donation that you made to the Eastern Star Cancer Dressing Project in memory of my husband Bob.

The Cancer Dressing Project purchases surgical gauze that is used for cancer dressings.  Eastern Star Chapters provide this special gauze free of charge to cancer patients.
Bob was active in making these dressings and I know that he would be very pleased that you remembered him in this manner.
